Digital Transformation Project Manager - Life Sciences
Tulip is seeking a Digital Transformation Project Manager to join our team in Somerville, MA. This role involves leading projects that drive digital transformation within the life sciences sector, utilizing Tulip's AI-native, no-code platform to enhance manufacturing operations. As part of a dynamic and innovative company, the Project Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver impactful solutions.
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables in partnership with internal teams and customers. Key duties include defining project success criteria, organizing information flow, providing thought leadership in manufacturing digital transformations, understanding technical project details, scoping and quoting projects, and contributing to internal process improvements. The role requires up to 25% travel.
Candidates should have over five years of experience delivering projects for regulated life sciences customers, encompassing roles in project or program management, manufacturing operations, management consulting, or customer success within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device organizations. A strong working knowledge of regulated quality systems and compliance frameworks, including GxP, ISO standards, and 21 CFR Part 11, is essential. Experience managing multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers and stakeholders across various functions is also required.
Tulip offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 annually, along with company equity.
