Direct Fulfillment Program Manager

Arista Networks is seeking a Direct Fulfillment Program Manager to oversee operations at its Global Direct Fulfillment sites. This role involves collaborating with new product introduction teams to ensure fulfillment requirements are integrated into product designs and releases, and driving readiness at each site by establishing necessary processes, equipment, and capacity for new products.

Key responsibilities include implementing Engineering Change Orders in collaboration with product engineering, supporting Process Engineers in developing scalable processes for a diverse product line, and managing efficient RMA return processes with contract manufacturers and component suppliers. The role also involves monitoring product quality, addressing quality alerts, and reviewing product test data to update fulfillment test requirements.

Candidates should have over five years of experience in new product introduction, quality, and supply chain within a related industry. A bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a relevant field is required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, possess strong skills in Microsoft Office, NetSuite/Oracle, and Propel/Agile, and thrive in a flexible, results-driven environment.
