Snowflake is seeking an experienced technology transactions/commercial contracting leader to join our world-class legal team, reporting to the Senior Director, Associate General Counsel – Technology Transactions and Alliances. We are looking for someone who has demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact. Our ideal candidate will be an experienced, creative, collaborative, and pragmatic problem solver who excels at negotiating complex partnership agreements and leading key team initiatives, including driving improvement of processes, cross-functional workflows, and templates. Top-tier writing and analytical skills are required. Candidates must also demonstrate the ability to recognize and weigh business and legal risks, think strategically, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and advance practical solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work closely with Snowflake's Business Development, Partnerships, Sales, and Strategic Sourcing teams on strategic product-related partnerships and other technology transactions
- Effectively lead, project-manage, structure, negotiate and close deals, such as agreements for SaaS, AI, cloud infrastructure, and other strategic partnerships
- Provide sound, practical guidance on legal and business-related issues to senior business leaders
- Balance legal risks against real-world business imperatives to provide pragmatic and market-based solutions
