Director, Business Intelligence & Reporting

Rectangle Health is seeking a Director of Business Intelligence & Reporting to lead the strategy, architecture, development, governance, and continuous improvement of enterprise reporting and analytics. This role serves as the organization's subject matter expert for Microsoft Power BI, bridging complex data infrastructure with executive and operational decision-making. The Director will collaborate closely with Finance, Data Platform, Engineering, IT, Security, and business leaders to establish scalable reporting standards, consistent KPI definitions, trusted semantic models, and production-grade dashboards that deliver clear, actionable insights.
