The Director of Business Transformation and Value Consulting (DACH) for CPG/Retail at Celonis is a leadership role based in Munich, Germany. Serving as a Celonis Executive Sponsor, the director will lead executive meetings, value sprints, and strategic transformation workshops. Additionally, the role involves partnering with customer executives to position Celonis as the foundation for modern process intelligence and Agentic AI adoption.
Candidates should have a proven track record in leading pre-sales, management consulting, or value engineering teams within Enterprise SaaS, Enterprise AI, or Management Consulting. Deep domain expertise in supply chain, procurement, fulfillment, and operational processes within the CPG & Retail industries is required. Demonstrated ability to manage or mentor a team of 6–7 high-performing individuals, with a strong passion for team coaching and talent development, is essential. Strong business acumen with experience owning ACV, net retention, and renewal pipeline metrics is also necessary.
