Director, Compliance Data Science & AI

The Director of Compliance Data Science & AI at OKX will lead a team of data scientists, data engineers, and business analysts to develop and implement advanced analytics and AI initiatives across core compliance domains, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) detection, sanctions screening, Know Your Customer (KYC) and Know Your Business (KYB) risk modeling, customer risk rating, transaction monitoring calibration, and Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) analytics. This role is situated within the Product organization and is dedicated entirely to compliance analytics, offering the opportunity to work on novel problems at a global scale in the rapidly evolving cryptocurrency industry. The position is based in Singapore, and applicants must have the right to work in Singapore without requiring visa sponsorship.
