About the Role:

We're seeking an enthusiastic Director of Employee Success to join our dynamic People Team at Crusoe Energy. In this pivotal role, you'll drive the agenda of Crusoe Energy's People Team, forming strong partnerships with fellow People Team members, employees, and leaders at all levels to guide and implement effective people strategies. Your responsibilities will include organizational development, change management and fostering employee growth, mobility and engagement.
