Director, Enablement (Clients) 6 month FTC
The Director of Client Enablement at WPP Media is responsible for overseeing enablement activities across a market or platform for a major client within the Open Media Studio ecosystem. This role involves working closely with clients, agencies, and internal teams to drive adoption, engagement, and measurable value from Choreograph’s products. The position is based in London, United Kingdom, and is a 6-month fixed-term contract.
Key responsibilities include managing enablement programs to ensure effective onboarding and training on Open Media Studio products, conducting product walkthroughs and training sessions tailored to client needs, and supporting change management initiatives. The role also involves acting as the primary enablement contact, connecting clients with product, engineering, and data strategy teams, and monitoring adoption metrics and client satisfaction to identify areas for improvement.
Candidates should have experience in client enablement, customer success, or training within a technology or data-driven organization. A strong understanding of technology platforms and the ability to act as a confident product advocate are essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders, and an analytical mindset to interpret adoption data are also required. Familiarity with media planning and buying workflows is a plus but not mandatory.
