Candidates should have significant experience in federal capture management, business development, or government partnerships within biosciences, health, or related industries. Strong knowledge of federal acquisition processes, government contracting vehicles, and procurement cycles is essential. Proven ability to build relationships at the senior government level, excellent strategy and negotiation skills, and a track record of successfully leading complex capture efforts are required. A Bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
