The Director, HR Operations & Total Rewards at ProShares is responsible for leading the firm's human resources operations, encompassing compensation, benefits, payroll, employee relations, compliance, HR systems, and reporting. This role involves managing a team to ensure accurate, consistent, and efficient delivery of HR services. As part of a small, high-performing HR team, the position requires a hands-on approach and full ownership of HR systems and data, serving as a key advisor to leadership to build a scalable and disciplined HR function.

Key responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle, such as onboarding, job changes, promotions, and terminations, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time. The role involves managing HR systems like Paylocity and Greenhouse, developing HR reporting and analytics, overseeing compensation programs, administering benefits, managing payroll processes, advising on employee relations matters, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of HR experience with exposure to HR operations, compensation, and employee relations. A bachelor's degree is preferred. Hands-on experience managing HR systems, strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, experience with payroll processes, HR reporting, and benefits administration, and the ability to improve processes in a lean environment are essential. Strong judgment and the ability to handle sensitive and complex situations are also required.

The compensation for this position includes a salary and incentive pay. The annual base salary range is $195,000–$250,000 (USD), excluding discretionary bonus compensation. Total compensation may vary based on experience, role, location, department, and individual performance.
