The Senior Manager, Learning & Talent Performance at ProShares is responsible for designing and implementing the firm's talent management and development strategies. This individual contributor role partners closely with the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and leadership team to translate business priorities into practical talent initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and support long-term growth. Key responsibilities include executing talent and development priorities, identifying talent and capability gaps, and implementing targeted solutions. The role involves managing core talent processes such as performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning. Additionally, the Senior Manager will oversee the performance management cycle, align goals with development priorities, strengthen managerial capabilities, deliver focused learning initiatives, and manage platforms like LinkedIn Learning and Paylocity to support performance tracking and reporting. Ensuring effective onboarding and maintaining the HR calendar across the employee lifecycle are also essential duties.
Candidates should possess over seven years of experience in learning and development or related fields, with a strong background in performance management. Proficiency in program design and delivery, as well as experience in driving change and influencing behavior, are crucial. The role requires a hands-on, agile approach, working directly with leaders to ensure consistent application of talent practices across the organization.
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $130,000 to $150,000, excluding discretionary bonus compensation. Total compensation may vary based on experience, role, location, department, and individual performance.
