Director, Media Planning- 1 year Contract
The Director, Media Planning role at WPP Media is a one-year contract position based in Vancouver, Canada. Financial management duties encompass assisting with business plan development, ensuring accurate revenue forecasting, and overseeing monthly invoicing and billing processes. In terms of media planning, the Director will interpret client briefs, develop strategic plans, oversee media administrative duties, and lead client plan presentations.
The ideal candidate will have over seven years of experience in media planning, buying, or other relevant media industry roles, with direct client service experience. A strong understanding of marketing and consumer communications is essential, along with a post-secondary degree focusing on Marketing. Proficiency with research tools and planning software, strong presentation skills, excellent organizational abilities, and strong analytical skills are also required.
