Director of Business Development, Federal
Censys is seeking a Director of Business Development to lead its federal systems integrator (SI) partner strategy, a pivotal role in expanding the company's presence across key U.S. government programs. This position is based in the Washington, D.C., or DMV area to effectively support local customers and partners.
The Director will be responsible for building and managing executive-level relationships with top-tier federal systems integrators to drive pipeline development, program access, and revenue growth. Key duties include partnering with federal leadership to identify and pursue high-value federal opportunities, leading co-sell efforts with SI partners, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to develop solutions aligned with federal mission needs.
Candidates should have a proven track record of establishing and scaling partnerships with federal systems integrators, along with a strong network of executive relationships across leading SIs. Experience in driving pipeline and revenue through partner-led motions in federal markets, a deep understanding of federal procurement and contracting vehicles, and exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills are essential.
The expected on-target earnings for this role range from $285,000 to $350,000 USD, with actual compensation determined based on qualifications, experience, and work location.
