Director of Growth Strategy
MarqVision is seeking a Director of Growth Strategy to enhance our Customer Success organization by driving value-driven expansion initiatives. This strategic role focuses on strengthening commercial rigor, value storytelling, and consultative account leadership within the Customer Success team.
The Director will collaborate closely with Customer Success leaders, managers, and senior Customer Success Managers to transition the organization from reactive support to proactive, outcome-driven engagement. Key responsibilities include shaping sustainable expansion and renewal strategies, coaching team members on commercial mindset and value-based narratives, supporting deal strategy and pricing discussions, and driving account strategies focused on outcomes and stakeholder alignment.
Candidates should have over 8 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Commercial Strategy, Sales, or a hybrid CS/Sales role within B2B SaaS. Proven experience in leading or influencing renewals, expansions, and pricing discussions is essential. The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial judgment, a customer-first consultative mindset, and the ability to coach senior individual contributors and managers on deal strategy and complex conversations.
MarqVision offers a competitive benefits package, including equity opportunities, health benefits, and a 401(K) plan, designed to support employees' well-being and professional growth. For U.S.-based roles, the estimated base salary range for this position is $217,000 to $247,000.
