Director of GTM Enablement
MarqVision is seeking a Director of GTM Enablement to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive onboarding and enablement strategy for its global Revenue organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring that new hires across North America, EMEA, and APAC are rapidly equipped to contribute effectively, aligning with MarqVision's mission to protect and build a future shaped by original ideas and innovations.
The Director will be responsible for designing and implementing structured onboarding cohorts every two weeks for global GTM hires, facilitating live sessions, workshops, role plays, and product certifications. They will create and refine role-based onboarding paths for Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives, and Customer Success Managers, establishing clear milestones and performance checkpoints. Additionally, the role involves developing high-quality training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and job aids, while maintaining content relevance as products and messaging evolve.
Candidates should possess over five years of experience in SaaS GTM enablement, onboarding, learning and development, or sales. A strong background in facilitation, content creation, curriculum design, and asynchronous learning is essential. Experience in delivering training across distributed, multicultural teams and proficiency in modern sales methodologies such as BANT and Challenger are required. The ideal candidate will be comfortable experimenting with AI tools to scale learning and demonstrate excellent project management and communication skills across diverse cultures and time zones.
