Director of Operations

ST Law Office, PLLC is seeking a Director of Operations to lead and optimize the firm's operational efficiency across sales, legal, marketing, and technology departments. This role is integral to ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to clients by structuring and executing firm-wide processes. The Director will play a pivotal role in strengthening the firm's operational backbone and enhancing client satisfaction through a transformational legal approach.

Key responsibilities include overseeing and streamlining all firm systems, managing the flow of leads from initial contact to client conversion, and designing efficient workflows. The Director will also develop and maintain performance dashboards, enforce key performance indicators (KPIs), and lead onboarding and training initiatives. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with various teams to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and managing the firm's technology stack to maximize efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree, preferably in business or a related field, and have a proven track record in legal or service-based operations with experience in building systems from the ground up. Proficiency with tools such as Zapier, Microsoft 365, and Docketwise is essential. Strong leadership qualities, proactive problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and a focus on accountability are also required.
