ABOUT THIS ROLE:

As the Director of OSP/ISP Construction, you will lead the physical backbone of Crusoe’s growth, overseeing the strategy and execution of large-scale outside-plant (OSP) and inside-plant (ISP) network infrastructure. You are responsible for the vital fiber routes and data center connectivity that power our AI-optimized compute platform across the United States. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will transform complex route designs and permitting requirements into energized, high-capacity networks, ensuring our greenfield and brownfield sites are interconnected with unrivaled reliability and efficiency.
