The Director of Production Optimization at Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the packaging operations across all manufacturing sites. This position ensures that finished products are packaged efficiently, compliantly, and to specification, while driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance throughput, yield, and quality. Reporting directly to the senior management team, the Director collaborates closely with various departments, including Packaging Engineering, Procurement, and Innovation, to align production scheduling and maintain high-quality standards.
