Director, Senior Legal Counsel

The Director, Senior Legal Counsel at Sandisk serves as a key legal advisor to the Revenue organization, collaborating closely with Sales, Sales Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive commercial outcomes while managing legal and business risks. This role is integral to Sandisk, a company renowned for its innovative data solutions and advanced memory technologies.

Key responsibilities include providing expert legal counsel on complex commercial, regulatory, and dispute matters, leading legal strategies for critical transactions, and advising senior leaders on legal and compliance implications of significant business initiatives. The role also involves developing and maintaining legal standards, templates, and negotiation guidance to improve contracting consistency and efficiency.

The ideal candidate must be a US-licensed attorney with over 8 years of substantial commercial experience, preferably including in-house roles. Demonstrated expertise in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements, a proven track record in providing pragmatic legal advice to senior stakeholders, and strong negotiation and contract drafting skills are essential. Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills are also required.

Sandisk offers a comprehensive compensation package, including a salary range of $205,334 to $290,835, eligibility for the Short-Term Incentive Plan, and participation in the Long-Term Incentive program.
