Director, Social
Midi Health is seeking a Director of Social to lead and expand our social media presence, focusing on women's midlife health. Reporting to the Director of Content, this role offers the flexibility of being based in the Bay Area with a hybrid schedule or fully remote. The Director will oversee the Social Team, driving strategic initiatives to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
The Director of Social will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Threads, and YouTube. Key duties include refining content approaches, establishing community guidelines, and setting success metrics. The role involves managing the integrated social calendar, overseeing content creation, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign alignment.
Candidates should have over seven years of experience in social media management within major brands, agencies, or high-growth organizations. A proven track record in building and scaling social communities, driving engagement, and delivering measurable business impact is essential. The ideal candidate will possess strong conceptual thinking, platform-native execution skills, and experience leading video and content productions from concept to distribution. Proficiency in social media analytics and staying current with platform trends and algorithm changes is also required.
