Director, Technical Accounting & Reporting

Gong is seeking a Director of Technical Accounting & Reporting to lead complex accounting initiatives and strengthen our financial reporting infrastructure. This role is ideal for a technically strong accounting leader who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys solving complex business challenges. The Director will serve as the company's subject matter expert on technical accounting matters, providing proactive guidance on complex transactions, new business initiatives, and evolving accounting standards. They will partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Finance, Legal, Corporate Development, FP&A, Tax, and external auditors to assess accounting implications of strategic transactions and operational changes.
