Eurofins Cosmetics & Personal Care, Inc. is seeking a Document & Data Reviewer to join our Quality Assurance team in Toronto, Ontario. The Document & Data Reviewer will be responsible for reviewing and determining the status of quality documents, including raw laboratory data, validation studies, logbooks, and calibration reports. Key responsibilities include reviewing and releasing laboratory results, assessing out-of-specification and out-of-trend investigations, and supporting the maintenance of the Quality System by drafting and updating quality procedures. The role also involves assisting with internal and external audits, ensuring all reports and accompanying raw data comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and interacting with department staff to address deficiencies and areas for improvement.
Candidates should possess a degree in a science-related discipline and have 2-5 years of Quality Assurance experience in a GMP or ISO testing or production facility. Proficiency in GMP requirements, exceptional communication skills, and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail are essential. The ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative, team-based environment, along with strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, is also required.
