In this role, you will communicate with private customers via phone and email, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively. Your responsibilities will include checking and following up on customer files, identifying their needs, clarifying information, researching issues, and providing optimal solutions. Going the extra mile to engage customers and enhance their experience will be a key aspect of your day-to-day work.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and spoken Dutch language skills, coupled with strong communication abilities and a customer-oriented approach. Previous experience in customer service, administration, or related fields is preferred. An interest in the automotive sector will be considered an advantage.
