Employee Legal Process Server*
ABC Legal Services is seeking a dedicated Employee Legal Process Server to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering legal documents to individuals and businesses, ensuring that due process is upheld. As part of our nationwide network, you will play a crucial role in the legal system by facilitating the timely and accurate delivery of court documents.
Your primary responsibilities will include planning and executing the delivery of legal documents, such as subpoenas and summonses, to designated parties. You will be expected to manage your schedule to make deliveries during times when recipients are most likely to be available, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Utilizing our mobile application, you will claim jobs, map out your routes, and track your progress to ensure efficient and effective service.
The ideal candidate will possess reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and current auto insurance. Proficiency with smartphones and the ability to operate within a mobile app environment are essential. Additionally, you should have access to a printer and scanner to manage necessary documentation. While prior experience in process serving or related fields is beneficial, it is not a requirement. Please note that some states may require process servers to be registered or certified; compliance with local regulations is necessary.
Compensation for this position is competitive and based on the number of successful deliveries completed.
