Employer Branding & Marketing Officer
Eurofins is seeking a dynamic Employer Branding & Marketing Officer to enhance its presence on social media and strengthen its brand across Singapore and Malaysia. This role is integral to the marketing team, focusing on attracting top talent and promoting Eurofins' comprehensive testing services.
Key responsibilities include creating engaging content for social media platforms, primarily LinkedIn, to attract potential candidates and showcase Eurofins' services. The officer will assist in developing marketing materials such as brochures and posters, conduct market research to identify social media trends, and support employer branding initiatives by sharing employee testimonials. Additionally, the role involves tracking and analyzing the effectiveness of social media activities and drafting monthly newsletters to strengthen internal branding.
Candidates should have a background in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, with proficiency in English as the primary language of communication. Technical skills required include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and other video editing tools. Experience in social media content creation and market research is advantageous.
