Employment Counsel

Tanium is seeking a highly motivated and proactive attorney to join its legal team as Employment Counsel. This role requires a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses a pragmatic approach to problem-solving, and is passionate about the practical application of employment law within a complex, global technology business. The Employment Counsel will serve as a trusted advisor to Tanium's People team and business stakeholders, assisting in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while effectively managing legal risks. The position follows the company's hybrid schedule, requiring employees to work in the office at one of the following locations a minimum of three days per week: Addison, TX; Bellevue, WA; Durham, NC; Emeryville, CA; or Reston, VA.
