Employment Law Paralegal

Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm headquartered in Orlando, Florida, is seeking an experienced Employment Law Paralegal to join their Fort Lauderdale office. Established in 1988, the firm has grown to over 6,000 employees, including more than 1,000 attorneys, with offices across all 50 states.

In this role, the paralegal will provide comprehensive support to attorneys specializing in employment law cases. Key responsibilities include preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, affidavits, and complaints; e-filing court documents in state and federal courts; and maintaining communication with clients, courts, and opposing counsel. Additional duties involve conducting legal research, preparing discovery documents, coordinating depositions, and assisting in trial preparation.

Candidates should possess at least two years of litigation experience, with a preference for those who have completed a nationally accredited paralegal program. Experience in probate, real estate, trusts, or other civil-related practice areas is advantageous. Strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple deadlines, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook are essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required.
