Employment & Litigation Counsel

Squarespace is seeking an experienced Employment & Litigation Counsel to join its Legal team in New York City. This role involves providing legal support to the People (HR) team and other internal departments across U.S. and international locations. The ideal candidate will be a solutions-oriented litigator who balances compliance with business objectives in a fast-paced environment. The position is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days per week at the NYC headquarters, and reports to the Senior Counsel, Employment & Litigation.
