Enablement Manager
Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting the people, not the powerful, is seeking an Enablement Manager to join their growing Operations Team. This role is based in Bowling Green, Kentucky, and focuses on enhancing the performance and efficiency of the firm's litigation staff across various markets.
As an Enablement Manager, you will oversee and develop litigation staff, ensuring their performance aligns with team objectives and business goals. Your responsibilities will include monitoring compliance, enforcing operational goals, resolving challenges by coordinating with departments like Learning & Development, IT, and HR, and auditing case files to ensure timely and efficient work. Additionally, you will facilitate training sessions, guide staff in proactive claim negotiations, and contribute to strategic initiatives by establishing and executing performance auditing processes.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, with equivalent work experience considered. Experience in the legal or personal injury industry is advantageous but not mandatory. Proficiency in Salesforce is a plus. Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills are essential, along with a solid understanding of change management principles and performance evaluation processes. The role requires adaptability, curiosity, and the ability to creatively solve problems in a dynamic environment.
