In this role, the Enablement Manager is responsible for overseeing and developing litigation staff, ensuring their performance aligns with team objectives and the firm's overarching business goals. Key duties include monitoring compliance, enforcing operational goals, resolving challenges by coordinating with other departments, auditing case files for efficiency, and facilitating training with the internal Learning and Development Team. Additionally, the manager guides case staff in proactive claim negotiations and contributes to strategic initiatives by building shared standards and processes.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent work experience. While experience in the legal or personal injury industry is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Proficiency in Salesforce is beneficial. Essential skills include exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational abilities. A solid understanding of change management principles and performance evaluation processes is also important. The role requires adaptability, curiosity, and creative problem-solving in a dynamic environment.
