The manager also facilitates training sessions, guides staff in proactive claim negotiations, and contributes to strategic initiatives by establishing and executing performance auditing processes.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, with equivalent work experience considered. Experience in the legal or personal injury industry is advantageous but not mandatory. Proficiency in Salesforce is a plus. Essential skills include exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational abilities. A solid understanding of change management principles and performance evaluation processes is crucial. The role requires adaptability, problem-solving skills, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
