Enablement Manager

In this role, the Enablement Manager will oversee and develop litigation staff, aligning their performance with team objectives and business goals. Responsibilities include monitoring compliance, enforcing operational goals through KPIs and dashboards, resolving challenges by coordinating with departments like Learning & Development, IT, and HR, and auditing case files to ensure efficiency. The manager will also facilitate training sessions, guide staff in proactive claim negotiations, and contribute to strategic initiatives by establishing and executing performance auditing processes.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, with equivalent work experience considered. Experience in the legal or personal injury industry is advantageous but not mandatory. Proficiency in Salesforce is a plus. Essential skills include exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational abilities, along with a solid understanding of change management principles and performance evaluation processes. The role requires adaptability, curiosity, and creative problem-solving in a dynamic environment.
