The Role_

// We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to join our team on a fixed-term basis, covering a maternity leave for 12 months. You’ll step into an established team, providing continuity in leadership, delivery, and team development during this period.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll balance delivery, people management, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Delivery peers across regions to ensure your team continues to deliver high-quality outcomes while maintaining a strong, supportive team culture.
