About the Engineering Manager role…
Reporting to the Engineering Director, you will drive the technical execution in line with the business objectives whilst ensuring the development of your team and culture within your designated portfolio.
What you’ll do…
- Work closely with Engineering and Product leaders to set the roadmap, goals, priorities, and workflows for the flagship portfolio of the company
- Drive the delivery of roadmap items and projects
- Build and lead technical teams to work effectively in a collaborative environment
- Establish successful ways of working with both remote and distributed resources and teams
- Drive high performing software engineering teams: develop and coach engineers through regular 1:1’s; provide constructive feedback sessions;, performance management (including managing underperformance); and...
