Enterprise Account Executive
Array is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business sales across various industries, with a primary focus on financial institutions. This role involves navigating and negotiating large, complex deals to expand Array's market presence. The position reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Sales and offers the flexibility of remote work within the USA or Canada.
The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging key enterprise prospects through targeted outreach and strategic networking. They will manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring disciplined follow-ups. Building and nurturing senior-level relationships to expand opportunities and deliver long-term value is a critical aspect of the role. Additionally, the executive will position Array’s solutions to address clients' pain points and business objectives, maintain accurate pipeline forecasting, and collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to refine offerings and enhance client engagement.
Candidates should possess over 10 years of large enterprise sales experience, including a background in founding or building and selling products from scratch. Proven experience selling across multiple industries, particularly financial services, is essential. The role requires expertise in securing new business deals, managing complex deal timelines with multiple stakeholders, and developing tailored strategic selling strategies by mapping prospects and understanding key decision-makers. Staying current on industry and market trends and leveraging AI tools to accelerate work processes are also important qualifications.
Array offers a competitive compensation package, with a base salary starting at $150,000, depending on experience, plus commission.
