Enterprise Account Executive (Dutch Speaker)
Mirakl is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to join our expanding EMEA Sales team, focusing on the Dutch-speaking market, including the Netherlands and broader Benelux region. This role is pivotal in driving new enterprise opportunities within the Retail and Wholesale sectors, positioning Mirakl's marketplace platform as a strategic growth tool for leading retailers and brands. The successful candidate will thrive in complex sales cycles, adeptly building strong pipelines through a combination of outbound efforts and ecosystem partnerships, while maintaining rigorous sales discipline and forecasting accuracy.
Key responsibilities include defining and executing a territory plan to meet quarterly objectives, targeting new clients aligned with Mirakl's strategic priorities, and cultivating trusted relationships with VP, EVP, and C-suite stakeholders to uncover strategic opportunities. The role encompasses managing the entire sales process from initial contact to contract signature, coordinating technical, legal, security, and financial aspects, and maintaining a structured and accurate pipeline in Salesforce with strong forecasting discipline. Additionally, the Enterprise Account Executive will leverage partners and the e-commerce ecosystem to generate and accelerate opportunities, manage prospect and client expectations to ensure alignment on ROI and value, and contribute to Mirakl's visibility in the region through events, partnerships, and thought leadership.
The ideal candidate will possess over five years of sales experience, including at least three years in SaaS or B2B software, with a strong preference for experience in the e-commerce ecosystem. A proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals involving multiple stakeholders and solution/value selling is essential. Candidates should demonstrate a deep understanding of retail and e-commerce business challenges, the ability to articulate ROI effectively, and a consistent history of over-achievement, resilience, and strong ownership of results. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with executive presence, are required. Experience with structured sales processes and CRM hygiene, particularly with Salesforce, is preferred. Fluency in Dutch and English is mandatory.
