Enterprise Account Executive - Germany
As an Enterprise Account Executive at LaunchDarkly, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with large enterprise accounts within Germany. This role requires exceptional business acumen, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work independently. You will be a key player in a rapidly evolving software company dedicated to accelerating software development by empowering teams.
Your primary responsibilities will include owning relationships with large enterprise accounts, serving as a trusted advisor to senior customer stakeholders, and aligning technical and business value to enterprise transformation priorities. You will develop comprehensive territory and account plans, proactively drive outbound pipeline generation, and collaborate effectively with Business Development Representatives. Ensuring the seamless adoption of LaunchDarkly within these enterprises through robust account management and coordinating closely with pre-and-post sales engineering, customer success, and support teams will be essential. Additionally, you will work to increase LaunchDarkly's visibility and effectively communicate our value proposition to Vice Presidents and C-Suite executives within these enterprises.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of enterprise sales experience with a demonstrable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota expectations. You should possess the expertise to navigate consultative sales cycles with executive-level stakeholders at Fortune 500 companies and have experience implementing and succeeding with a Land & Expand SaaS sales strategy. Recent experience working for an emerging technology software company is a significant plus. A strong understanding of DevOps practices and technologies, including CI/CD pipelines, automation, cloud infrastructure, and containerization, is also advantageous. Familiarity with and experience using the MEDDPIC sales methodology is beneficial.
