As an Enterprise Account Executive at Rootly, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's growth trajectory. In this role, you will be responsible for building a robust book of business across North America, aiming for 100% quota attainment in your first year. Your day-to-day activities will include sourcing and closing full sales cycles for opportunities ranging from $50,000 to $150,000 in annual recurring revenue. Additionally, you will design and present product narratives to executives, lead product workshops, and prepare ROI analyses, all while refining and developing the sales process.

The ideal candidate will have over seven years of experience selling enterprise software to SMB and enterprise accounts, with a proven track record of managing quotas of at least $1 million. Strong consultative selling skills, the ability to lead complex negotiations, and excellent communication abilities are essential. Comfort in conveying the value of technical B2B SaaS solutions to technical stakeholders is also required.
