Enterprise Account Manager
As an Enterprise Account Manager at Riskified, you will serve as the primary liaison for our most significant clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our services. Riskified is a leading company that empowers businesses to enhance their eCommerce growth by mitigating risks associated with online transactions. Our AI-driven platform is trusted by numerous global brands to combat fraud and policy abuse, thereby improving customer retention.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans that align with both client objectives and internal growth targets. Your day-to-day activities will include building and deepening executive-level relationships across multiple functions within enterprise customers, acting as the voice of the customer internally, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions. Additionally, you will identify and close upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities that deliver mutual value.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large, strategic enterprise accounts with annual revenues exceeding $5 million. Strong strategic thinking and business acumen are essential, along with exceptional relationship-building skills and experience engaging with C-suite stakeholders. Excellent communication, negotiation, and storytelling abilities, coupled with a data-driven mindset, are also required. A deep understanding of the payments, fraud, and eCommerce landscape is preferred, as well as the ability to quickly learn technical concepts.
Riskified offers a competitive compensation package, with a salary range of $204,000 to $238,000 annually, inclusive of on-target commission. All full-time regular employees are eligible to receive stock-based awards.
