Enterprise Account Manager- Temp (Maternity Leave Replacement)

Riskified is seeking a temporary Enterprise Account Manager for a one-year maternity leave replacement in Tokyo, Japan. This role involves managing relationships with enterprise clients, including Fortune 500 companies, big-box retailers, startups, and travel merchants, to ensure their satisfaction and maximize the value they receive from Riskified's services. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams such as Product, Analytics, Data Science, and Development to optimize customer experience and drive long-term expansion.

Key responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for major merchants, building, monitoring, and communicating key performance indicators (KPIs) to clients, conducting in-depth analyses to identify and lead upsell opportunities, and assisting new customers as they onboard Riskified’s platform. The role also involves providing strategic analysis and critical thinking to support long-term growth initiatives.

Candidates should have over five years of experience in an enterprise client-facing role with extensive international exposure. Strong analytical skills, the ability to interpret and present complex data clearly, and superb writing and communication abilities are essential. A background in eCommerce or FinTech, experience in a fast-growth B2B SaaS setting, and a bachelor's degree in a highly quantitative field are strongly preferred. Native-level English proficiency is a must.
