Collaboration with internal teams such as Pre-sales, Cloud Specialists, and Customer Success will be essential to maximize customer satisfaction and drive expansion opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer-facing sales, account management, or renewals management within the software industry. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills, a strategic mindset, and proficiency with CRM solutions like Salesforce are essential. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is also important.
Compensation for this role includes an annual base salary ranging from $56,550 to $84,825, depending on factors such as location, skills, and experience.
