Implementation Consultant (Privacy & Data Governance)
As an Implementation Consultant at OneTrust, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships by directly collaborating with clients to enhance their experience with the OneTrust Privacy and Data Governance platform. Following the sales process, you will become the primary contact, leading the implementation of solutions and managing customer expectations throughout the engagement.
Your key responsibilities will include overseeing the functional implementation and platform adoption for all customer projects, ensuring exceptional service throughout the process. You will establish yourself as a trusted advisor, understanding the overall business needs of the customer as they relate to the OneTrust product. Monitoring and analyzing customer adoption of solution features will be crucial to align with their business needs. Additionally, you will advocate for customers by working closely with product and software engineering teams to represent customer issues and contribute to the OneTrust roadmap.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field, along with 1-3 years of relevant experience in software development, professional services, solution engineering, or technical consulting. Effective customer-facing communication skills and a proven ability to engage across corporate functions are essential. Practical experience in troubleshooting software and web services, as well as strong entrepreneurial skills to excel in a complex and rapidly evolving environment, are also required. Willingness to travel, as job requires (estimated 10-20%), is expected.
