Senior Support Analyst - Consent & Preference
OneTrust is seeking a Senior Support Analyst to join our professional services team, focusing on providing ongoing product support and troubleshooting for our Consent & Preference Management solutions. This role is integral to ensuring our clients effectively utilize our platform to manage data responsibly. In this position, you will handle complex support cases, working directly with customers to diagnose and resolve issues. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing a diverse workload of support cases, collaborating with product teams to identify root causes, and developing solutions. Additionally, you will contribute to internal knowledge bases and assist in upskilling colleagues within the support organization.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field. A minimum of 12 months of experience with the OneTrust Privacy platform or relevant technical skills, such as web/mobile development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React) and API integrations, is required. Strong analytical problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a continuous improvement mindset are essential. Flexibility to work alternative shift patterns, including late shifts and weekends, is also necessary.
Compensation for this role includes an annual base salary ranging from $71,250 to $106,875, depending on factors such as location, skills, and experience.
