As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Canva, you will lead the post-sale relationship for strategic accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction through onboarding, training, adoption, and advocacy. Your primary responsibilities include understanding customer objectives, building strong relationships, and identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts. You will collaborate closely with account teams to forecast, renew, and expand customer engagements, while also developing best-in-class processes and playbooks for operating as a top SaaS business and solutions provider.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of exceeding quotas, with over three years of enterprise-level post-sales experience in B2B SaaS. You should possess a strategic and creative commercial mindset, the ability to leverage data and analytics to influence decisions, strong communication skills, and the agility to adapt and learn in a rapidly scaling environment.
