Enterprise Onboarding Specialist
As an Enterprise Onboarding Specialist at Flipdish, you will be integral to the Onboarding team in Karachi, focusing on the seamless integration of enterprise and high-value customers. Your role will involve managing complex onboarding processes, coordinating with various internal teams, and ensuring that customers experience a smooth transition from contract signing to successful platform launch.
Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the end-to-end onboarding process for enterprise clients, managing multiple concurrent projects, and serving as the main point of contact for customers during onboarding. You will coordinate with Commercial, Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success teams to address and resolve any issues promptly, ensuring that customer rollouts proceed without delays. Additionally, you will develop and maintain structured onboarding processes, playbooks, and tracking systems to enhance consistency and efficiency across complex accounts.
Ideal candidates will have a background in onboarding, customer success, or customer support, with experience in managing a large, concurrent portfolio in SaaS, hospitality tech, restaurant tech, retail tech, or similar fast-paced environments. A strong ownership mindset, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively under pressure are essential. Experience with enterprise or multi-location accounts, as well as familiarity with structured, milestone-driven processes, will be advantageous.
