Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Flipdish will be an integral member of the Talent Acquisition team, primarily focusing on recruitment for the Karachi hub while also supporting hiring across other Flipdish markets. This role involves partnering with hiring managers and People colleagues to attract and secure top talent, managing the recruitment process from role initiation to candidate onboarding.

Key responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment for assigned vacancies, building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and targeted outreach, conducting structured screenings and assessments, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Additionally, the specialist will manage recruitment records and reporting, utilizing data and AI tools to enhance recruitment effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable hands-on recruitment experience, strong sourcing and screening skills, excellent communication abilities in English, and proficiency with applicant tracking systems. A high level of organization, the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, and a comfort with technology and AI tools are essential.
