The Enterprise Sales Development Representative at Avetta is responsible for engaging prospective clients to generate interest and set qualified appointments for the sales team. This role is integral to Avetta's mission of connecting leading organizations with qualified suppliers, contractors, and vendors through its SaaS platform, which serves over 85,000 active customers in more than 100 countries.

Key responsibilities include raising awareness and generating interest in Avetta's services through cold calling, emails, and social outreach to potential customers. The representative will schedule initial discovery calls for Account Executives, manage a personal book of accounts, and utilize tools such as Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, Chili Piper, and Gong to enhance effectiveness. Meeting or exceeding daily activity minimums of 80-100 calls and emails is expected.

Candidates should have a minimum of one year of experience in enterprise sales development and a passion for sales. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, resilience, a strong work ethic, and a coachable attitude are essential. The ability to collaborate with team members and share best practices is also important.

The position offers a salary range of $50,000 to $60,000 per year, with commission eligibility. For those residing within commuting distance to an Avetta office, a hybrid schedule of three days in the office and two days working from home is requested. Remote work may be considered for candidates outside of commuting distance.
