Enterprise Sales Development Representative
Rocket Lawyer is seeking an Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join our Legal Benefits Sales Division. This role focuses on building relationships and generating new business opportunities to drive the growth of our SaaS B2B Legal Benefits pipeline. The ideal candidate will be a high-energy sales professional with experience in lead generation, cold calling, and thriving in goal-oriented environments.
Key responsibilities include innovating and generating fresh business opportunities, collaborating closely with managers and account managers to strategize targeted lists and call approaches, engaging in high-level discussions with senior executives at target accounts, identifying and connecting with crucial decision-makers within potential client organizations, helping build a robust pipeline for our Legal Benefits product, articulating the value that Rocket Lawyer seamlessly integrates into the company’s benefits package, and consistently meeting or surpassing monthly quotas for qualified opportunities.
The position requires experience with sales, cold-calling, or prospecting, a genuine passion for customer success, and a demonstrated history of exceeding sales targets, particularly in high-volume scenarios. The ideal candidate will also have a bachelor’s degree, 1+ years of experience in lead generation, sales, and/or marketing, prior exposure to IT or SaaS companies, and proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
