Enterprise Sales Manager
As an Enterprise Sales Manager at Wolt, you will be instrumental in expanding our corporate offerings by establishing and nurturing relationships with large organizations. Your role will involve introducing services such as food, groceries, and catering to enhance workplace experiences. Collaborating closely with prospects, customers, and internal teams, you will tailor solutions that align with business needs, positioning Wolt as a trusted partner in the corporate sector.
Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and prospecting new clients across Sweden, managing a robust pipeline through structured outreach and consultative selling, and tracking performance metrics using CRM tools like Pipedrive. Additionally, you will develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Wolt for Work in Sweden, establish strategic partnerships, drive growth within existing accounts, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to refine our market proposition.
The ideal candidate will possess 4-6 years of experience in B2B sales, particularly within enterprise or mid-market segments, and demonstrate proficiency in consultative sales and long-cycle deal management. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales productivity platforms is essential. A proactive, self-starting attitude, coupled with strong commercial and strategic thinking, is crucial. Fluency in both English and Swedish is required, along with excellent analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
