As a CXO Specialist at WPP Media in Eindhoven, you will be integral to optimizing websites and online advertisements for leading Dutch brands. Our approach, termed Consumer Experience Optimization (CXO), places the consumer at the heart of our strategies. This involves consolidating various research insights, applying psychological principles to develop hypotheses, and validating them through A/B/n testing. Your work will span both large-scale initiatives and personalized campaigns tailored to specific target groups, enabling you to systematically determine what resonates with our clients' audiences.
Your primary responsibilities will include initiating and managing optimization projects, conducting comprehensive research to inform strategies, and designing experiments to test hypotheses. You'll collaborate closely with channel specialists to refine targeting for personalized advertisements and translate user experience research findings into actionable website improvements. Regular client meetings will be essential to review A/B test results and strategize on future optimizations.
We are seeking candidates with a minimum of three years' experience in CRO or CXO, who are inventive, proactive, results-oriented, and possess strong communication skills. Proficiency with tools such as GA4, Optimizely, and VWO is essential. A background in psychology, research, or marketing is preferred, and experience with jQuery and JavaScript coding is advantageous. An affinity for online advertising will also be beneficial.
